Free Airplay and Interviews
Coalfield Country Radio does not charge artists for radio airplay or interviews. Purchasing a promotional service does not guarantee radio airplay, an interview, chart placement, increased streams, sales, followers, exposure, or any other specific result.
Paid Promotional Services
Paid services may include song reviews, magazine features, website banner advertising, release spotlights, promotional packages, sponsorships, and other advertising or media services.
Payment for a promotional service is payment for the specific service purchased and does not influence editorial decisions regarding radio airplay, interviews, or chart placement.
Artist and Content Submissions
By submitting music, photographs, artwork, biographies, press materials, or other content to Coalfield Country Media Network LLC, you represent that you own the material or have the necessary rights and permission to submit it.
You grant Coalfield Country Media Network LLC permission to use submitted materials as reasonably necessary for the radio, editorial, promotional, advertising, or media purpose for which they were submitted.
Submitting music does not guarantee airplay, an interview, review, feature, chart placement, or acceptance.
Payments and Refunds
All purchases must be paid according to the prices and payment terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Customers should review the Refund Policy before purchasing a paid service.
Advertising and Sponsorships
Advertising and sponsorship services are subject to availability and approval. Coalfield Country Media Network LLC reserves the right to decline content or advertising that is unlawful, misleading, inappropriate, or inconsistent with our platform.
